QuickBooks Set-up and Training
We encourage our clients to use QuickBooks Pro as their in-house accounting software. Too often, we talk with veterinarians and managers who can’t manage their finances because they don’t receive timely reports from their accountants. When you keep the books in house, you have faster access to financial data and have control over the accounting process. QuickBooks is user-friendly, easy to learn, and doesn’t require an accounting degree to use and understand. The reports are meaningful, varied and easy to create. And instead of waiting months for reports from your accountant, you can see how you are doing while you are doing it. This kind of timely information lets you identify and respond to changes immediately, not months after the fact.
